Incentive, loyalty and training platform My Booking Rewards (MBR) is rolling out two new IT developments across its global markets as part of an enhancement of its technological agility.

According to the company, the move – which includes markets in the UK and Ireland – is all about ensuring its software ‘remains at the cutting edge of automation’.

As such, MBR is offering a new scheduling tool for direct messaging and email, as well as a new ROI tracker, which monitors event participation and can calculate the overall booking value of those agents in attendance.

These developments will see suppliers benefit from important new organisational tools and vital ROI analytics that aim to boost productivity by ensuring time efficiency and informed decision making around those imperative everyday tasks.

Agents are said to benefit from truly targeted supplier communication containing individually tailored information to increase their earning potential and boost their ability to sell.

MBR’s new scheduling tool has been designed to help supplier member teams communicate more efficiently and effectively with agents. Allowing the complete automation of issuing important content, team members can plan, scheduling any communication in line with key timeframes before a campaign even kicks off.

This means no more daily set ups or last-minute reminders that tasks need to go out. And, once a direct communication has been issued, the scheduling tool will then also allow the rooting of selected responses to specific inbox destinations.

Launching next month, the ROI tracker function offers suppliers the opportunity to automate how they monitor their agent audience. Via a dedicated QR code that is assigned directly to every supplier member’s rewards programme, BDMs and their wider on the road teams, have a fully portable means of encouraging new agent sign-ups at every single in person and digital event they attend.

Presenting the QR code on stand at exhibition style events, networking evenings or even at in-store visits offers a quick and easy way for new agents to register with a given programme.

At the point of registration, the ROI tracker will recognise an agent already registered from those new to the programme and closely monitor the user journey of both to highlight important KPIs such as sales values, rewards earned, and bookings logged.

This feedback allows suppliers to monitor their community’s activity, updating and adapting their approach to agents in line with live data that they have specifically collected – a truly advanced way of following and encouraging agent engagement.

Montse Herrera Despradel, Business Development and Partnerships Manager, My Booking Rewards said: “As an agile tech solution for suppliers, these new developments ensure we offer a cutting-edge answer to the pain points we know suppliers face daily.

“Both new developments are linked to efficiency but more than that, they ensure our members can make informed decisions on their planned activity via live data that they themselves have collected on the front line.

“And of course, with all of this in place for suppliers, we have no doubt that agents will reap the benefits of individually targeted and relevant communication that they can use to effectively boost their sales skills.”
