As we look ahead to EuroCHRIE 2025, which Hotelschool The Hague is proud to host, three themes stand out as the industry’s most pressing challenges: balancing travel growth with regenerative strategies, integrating digitalisation with human interaction and addressing global labour shortages. As an organisational psychologist at VU Amsterdam, Prof. dr. Mark van Vugt will share his vision on leadership through the lens of evolution and biology, offering new perspectives on how to lead effectively in today’s complex hospitality environment.
