Integrating flexible workspaces into hotel operations
Located on the ground floor of Hilton Berlin, the upcoming space will cover 1,100 square meters, offering around 170 workstations across private offices, shared areas, and fully equipped meeting rooms.
Guests and members will also have access to the hotel’s wellness and dining facilities, including a spa, fitness center, and restaurants, creating a seamless link between productivity and comfort.
Dan Zakai, Co-Founder and CEO of Mindspace, stated:
“We are proud to open our new location in such a prestigious location. Our members can expect a holistic concept here, in which they will be able to experience work, fitness, relaxation and enjoyment under one roof in the future.”
A new model for hotel real estate and urban use
With this project, Mindspace expands to eight sites in Berlin and fourteen across Germany, reinforcing its role as a key player in the flexible workspace market.
The partnership demonstrates how hotels are being reimagined as versatile spaces, integrating office, leisure, and lifestyle functions to optimize real estate performance and meet shifting consumer behaviors.
This initiative echoes the hospitality hybridization trend highlighted during MIPIM 2025 , where hotel and workspace convergence emerged as a key growth driver for real estate investors.
This collaboration follows Hilton’s continued development in Germany — such as the Hampton by Hilton Stuttgart Airport — and aligns with the group’s wider expansion strategy across EMEA.
By combining Hilton’s hospitality expertise with Mindspace’s coworking innovation, this project embodies the sector’s shift toward adaptive, mixed-use hospitality, positioning hotels as active contributors to the changing dynamics of work, travel, and urban living.
