Travel Village Group subsidiary, Southampton Cruise Centre has rolled out a next-generation cruise platform built in partnership with Dreamlake.

According to the company, the website has been ‘designed to make finding and booking a cruise simpler, smoother, and more inspiring than ever before’.

Fully powered by Dreamlake’s cutting-edge cruise search and booking technology, the new site brings together intuitive design and powerful functionality, making it easier than ever for customers to explore, compare and book their perfect voyage online.

“We’ve launched a fresh new look that reflects the way our customers want to book,” said Phil Nuttall, CEO of Travel Village Group. “It’s intuitive, mobile-friendly, and filled with inspiration – helping guests plan their perfect voyage with confidence and ease.”

Lewis Johnston, Group E-Commerce Manager stated: “This project was about creating a platform that performs as well commercially as it does visually. Every element of the new site was built with user experience and conversion in mind – faster searches, clearer content pathways, and a smoother online booking journey.

“Our partnership with Dreamlake has given us the flexibility and performance we need to compete in a fast-moving digital market, while still delivering the personal service our clients expect.”

Beyond its new look, the site marks a significant shift in focus for Southampton Cruise Centre.

With increased competition in the UK cruise market and narrowing margins from high-volume discounters, the business has invested in a platform that highlights its greatest differentiator – expertly curated SailorMade Cruise & Stay holidays.

The SailorMade collection combines handpicked cruise itineraries with bespoke land stays, offering customers a seamless, tailor-made experience with greater choice and flexibility.

The new website now showcases these packages more prominently than ever before, alongside an expanded portfolio of luxury cruise lines and an easier-to-use search system designed around real traveller needs.

“Clients today are more adventurous and digitally savvy,” said Jess Clayton, Group Content Manager for Travel Village Group.

“They’re ready to explore new destinations but often want reassurance and expert advice when planning something beyond a standard fly-cruise or no-fly holiday.

Ewout Smits – Business Development, Dreamlake, added: “After facilitating online booking as the first step in our partnership, we’re excited to take the next with Southampton Cruise Centre, powering their entire website with our intuitive search and e-commerce functionality.”

As one of the UK’s leading independent cruise specialists, Southampton Cruise Centre continues to champion innovation while maintaining the family values and award-winning service that have defined the Travel Village Group for four generations.
