A strategic appointment for regional expansion
Marriott International announces the arrival of Antoine Louis-Tramoni as Director of Development for France and the Benelux. His role will focus on supporting the growth of the group’s portfolio and advising investment partners across both markets.
He joins an existing development team led by Alexandra Goguet, Vice President Development France & Benelux, and Anahita Perineau, Development Director France & Benelux.
A career built around hotel real estate, transactions and asset management
A graduate of the École hôtelière de Lausanne, Antoine Louis-Tramoni brings over ten years of experience in the hospitality and hotel real estate sectors.
He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in Prague and Paris, advising on valuation and hotel investment projects. He later joined IHG in London, working in mergers & acquisitions and asset management.
His background combines financial expertise, portfolio strategy and operational understanding.

Growing ambitions in France and the Benelux
The region remains a priority for Marriott International, which currently operates more than 130 hotels across 30 brands, ranging from luxury and lifestyle to premium and select-service.
The appointment comes at a time of sustained investment appetite in France and the Benelux, driven by urban developments, conversions and repositioning opportunities.
