France – Banke Opéra Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Opening in the third quarter of 2026, the Banke Opéra Paris will expand the Radisson Collection footprint in the French capital. Standing on Rue La Fayette, the building was constructed in 1907, originally operating as a bank before being converted into a hotel in 2009.

The 90-room establishment will undergo full renovation, offering a contemporary interpretation of Parisian elegance. Architectural highlights include a Belle Époque façade and a staircase attributed to Gustave Eiffel. Guests will be welcomed under a 19th-century atrium connecting the reception, bar and restaurant. A modern fitness centre, a wellness area set within the former bank vaults and flexible meeting and private event spaces complete the offering.

France – Radisson Blu CDG Airport Terminal Hotel

Scheduled to open in January 2026, this hotel strengthens the presence of Radisson Blu within one of Europe’s most important aviation hubs. Located directly opposite Terminal 3 of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.

The hotel features 305 rooms, including 20 junior suites and 5 suites. A refurbishment programme in 2026 will upgrade the lobby and the restaurant-bar, reinforce the arrival experience and enhance the overall F&B concept. With 1,500 m² of meeting facilities, the hotel will serve as a key venue for corporate events and airline-related business. The wellness offer includes an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped fitness centre.

France – Radisson Hotel Cannes Seaside

Opening in 2026, this new Radisson hotel marks the brand’s entry into one of the Côte d’Azur’s emblematic leisure destinations. Located in Cannes La Bocca, minutes from La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, the 100-room property was recently acquired by Byron Gestion and will undergo a full renovation.

Designed as an urban resort, the hotel will offer direct beach access, landscaped gardens, an outdoor pool and panoramic sea views from most rooms, many with private balconies. The property targets both international leisure travellers and delegates attending major cultural and business events throughout the year.

France – Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule, Member of Radisson Individuals

Set to open at the end of 2026, Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule will enhance the Radisson Individuals portfolio with a coastal retreat centred on wellbeing and experiential hospitality.

Located in the renowned seaside destination of La Baule, the property blends local charm with a spa-led programme, meeting rising demand for restorative travel among both domestic and international guests.

Italy – Palazzo San Gottardo Lake Como, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Opening in the first quarter of 2026, the former San Gottardo Hotel in Como—vacant for more than thirty years—is being reactivated under the Radisson Collection brand. The hotel will offer 72 rooms and suites, a rooftop with panoramic views of Lake Como and a landscaped garden. Its central location near the waterfront and major landmarks strengthens its positioning within the competitive Italian luxury leisure market.

Morocco – Lincoln Casablanca, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Expected to open in late 2026, the Lincoln Casablanca represents one of North Africa’s most ambitious heritage restorations.

Built in 1916 by French architect Hubert Bride, the Art Deco building stands on Avenue Mohammed V and has been classified as a historic monument since 2000. The future hotel will reopen as a refined urban sanctuary, steps from Casablanca’s Marina, the old medina and the Hassan II Mosque. This redevelopment illustrates Radisson Collection’s commitment to culturally grounded luxury properties.

Across France, Italy and Morocco, Radisson Hotel Group is demonstrating a clear strategic direction by revitalising heritage buildings, expanding in high-potential leisure destinations, reinforcing its luxury and lifestyle presence in key European cities and accelerating growth in North Africa. With these new developments, Radisson Hotel Group confirms a trajectory supported by stronger brand segmentation, improved asset quality and a growing commitment to environmental performance — an approach reflected in the group’s ongoing decarbonisation roadmap.

At the same time, the 2025 pipeline illustrates the continuation of the development cycle initiated in recent years. This 2026 pipeline enhances the group’s development trajectory across EMEA and reinforces a value-creation model built on sustainable operations, premium positioning and market selectivity.
