How does Expedia compare to Booking Holdings in its use of AI? “Expedia is in a strong position relative to its OTA peers,” said Phocuswright’s Michael Coletta, noting that Expedia has “pushed harder on generative AI” compared to Booking.com and other Western OTAs.
