Shiji Enterprise Platform (PMS), Infrasys Point-of-Sale (POS) and ReviewPro Hotel Reputation Management systems are being implemented at the expansive Swiss resort.

BERLIN, Germany, December 20, 2023 – Shiji, the global leader in hospitality technology, proudly announces its strategic partnership with the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, a distinguished Swiss luxury destination, to pioneer a new era of guest services and operational efficiency.

This collaboration signifies in the first phase the implementation of Shiji Enterprise Platform (PMS), Infrasys Point-of-Sale (POS) and ReviewPro Hotel Reputation Management solutions throughout Bad Ragaz Resort’s expansive property, aligning seamlessly with their ambitious digitalization project.

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, celebrated for its unwavering commitment to luxury and exceptional service, aims to elevate its operations and guest experiences through the adoption of Shiji’s next-generation property management system. With 247 rooms and suites, 8 event rooms, 7 restaurants boasting a total of 6 Michelin Stars, 17 SPA treatment rooms, 45 medical center treatment rooms, and two golf courses featuring 18 and 9 holes, the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is embarking on a major digitalization initiative to set a benchmark in the luxury resort market.

Shiji’s PMS, equipped with over 1,200 API endpoints, follows an ‘API-everything’ approach, offering easy data access for integrations, custom applications, and complete customization tailored to the resort’s specific needs. This enterprise-centric solution allows for straightforward configuration at a global, regional, or brand level, ensuring updates are seamlessly distributed throughout the resort based on centralized standards.
