The iconic 5-star luxury resort selected Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS to replacing a legacy system and update its technology in order to enhance the guest experience.
DUBAI, UAE, October 23, 2023 – Palazzo Versace Dubai, an iconic 5-star resort located in Jaddaf Waterfront, has selected one of Shiji’s innovative solutions, Infrasys Cloud, to replace their legacy system. The ultra-luxury hotel is the first establishment in the UAE to accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment for dining, stay and spa experiences. With the implementation of 13 Shiji workstations and 22 Apple iPads across 19 outlets, Palazzo Versace Dubai aims to elevate its F&B operations and enhance the overall guest dining experience.
The project, led by Shiji’s UAE partner CADD Emirates with the dedicated support of the Shiji team, seamlessly integrated Infrasys Cloud into the hotel’s existing infrastructure. This collaboration between Palazzo Versace Dubai, Shiji, and CADD Emirates showcases the true essence of partnership and highlights its significant benefits to the hospitality industry.
