I’m David, a seasoned hospitality executive, a passionate coach, keynote speaker, mentor, and author dedicated to sharing the invaluable lessons I’ve gathered over two decades of globetrotting and leading teams.

My journey has been a remarkable odyssey, guiding me through some of the world’s most iconic cities and colorful destinations, including New York City, Miami (twice), Hong Kong, Hawaii, Aspen, Riviera Maya, and the enchanting shores of Ibiza.
