Shiji Content Hub provides a centralized, automated solution for managing and distributing hotel content across multiple channels for static and policy fields.

ATLANTA, Georgia, United States, June 25, 2024 – Shiji, the hospitality technology innovator, is proud to announce the launch of Shiji Content Hub, a comprehensive content distribution solution for accommodation providers and the latest addition to the Shiji product line. Building on the legacy of Shiji IcePortal, Shiji Content Hub delivers a state-of-the-art platform that sources, curates, manages, and automates the distribution of all content fields – visual, textual, amenities, facilities, taxes, and policy content.

Hotel brands have traditionally struggled with maintaining consistent and updated information due to scattered data sources and manual data management across multiple platforms. This results in high refund rates and low guest satisfaction scores due to mismatched expectations. Shiji Content Hub solves these problems by centralizing content management, automating the distribution process, and reducing manual errors. The new solution’s innovative features and comprehensive approach make it an essential tool for any hotel brand looking to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.

The platform features automated distribution, multi-source import and integration, hotel merchandising beyond rooms, and the capability to manage over 2,000 attributes (and growing) for onsite and offsite amenities.  It offers a user experience in six languages and content distribution in twelve languages, along with one-click distribution across channels and smart reports with dashboard analytics to further streamline content management for hotels.
