The shortlists for 28 of this year’s 34 Travolution Awards categories have been revealed.
Hundreds of entries submitted have been whittled down to shortlists ahead of the ceremony that will take place in London on Thursday, November 28.
Travolution’s annual celebration of achievement is one of the largest in the travel technology and digital sector in the UK, with more than 450 attending last year’s.
Mastercard will return as Headline Sponsor with its now well-established award category.
The Mastercard B2B Payment award will be handed out to the company considered to have done the most for payment innovation, including a strategy, product or solution less than two years old.
This year we’ll once again see the return of the consumer-voted awards, sponsored by icelolly.com and TravelSupermarket parent Ice Travel Group.
Other sponsors of the event include returning sponsors Gail Kenny Executive Recruitment and HolidayPirates Group.
New sponsors this year include HolidayTaxis Group, HotelRunner, Trip.com, and WEX.
Special awards Rising Brand of the Year, Rising Star of the Year, Start-up of the Year, Champions of Sustainability, the Mastercard B2B Payments Award and the Travolution Achievement Award will be judged separately.
To keep the process up-to-date and innovative, Travolution welcomed new judges this year to its expert panel of judges to ensure it continues to achieve complete impartiality and fresh points of view to judging.
