This functionality allows the HiJiffy chatbot to provide a fast and accurate response to your properties when a potential guest searches for a hotel by name or enters a specific location.
Our advanced artificial intelligence, Aplysia, is at the heart of this technology, specialising in analysing and understanding hotel data. When a user conducts a search by name or location, Aplysia uses its algorithms to accurately identify properties that match the search criteria, providing instant and relevant responses. Instead of receiving all possible options, users receive the options they are actually interested in.
How does the user interaction work when searching for a specific property or a specific city, region, or country?

It’s not only easy but also quick. All you have to do is go to the Properties menu and make sure you have filled in the country, region, and city fields for each individual property you have.
