CASA NEOS, founded and operated by Riviera Dining Group (RDG), has made its debut in Miami.

Nestled along the Miami River, the sprawling 30,000-square-foot property opens with four distinct offerings: a signature restaurant, boutique hotel, rooftop lounge, and a members-only beach club.

Aesthetically conceptualized by Barcelona-based designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, CASA NEOS pulls inspiration from the shores of Greece to the riads of Morocco.

The property’s interiors celebrate the richness of Mediterranean cultures via stone and stucco walls, natural fabrics (think cotton, jute, and linen), and colorful hand-painted ceramics. Vintage Moroccan rugs, Zellige tiles, and fabrics from Turkey, Spain, and France showcase the authentic beauty of their origins.

Inspired by sun-drenched summers, the urban oasis hugs a perimeter of the building, and features a warm saltwater pool with a wooden deck, oversized parasols, plush sunbeds, and private cabanas.

Transcending through the property’s first and second floors, CASA NEOS Restaurant takes guests on a journey across the Aegean Islands. The eatery marries architectural beauty and culinary artistry through a refined aesthetic with natural elements.

On the third floor lies the forthcoming CASA NEOS Boutique Hotel, an exclusive, ultra-luxurious four-suite lodging option set to open this fall. Drawing inspiration from the four core elements of Mother Nature, each suite will be defined by its own identity: GAIA, TERRA, AURA, and LUNA. Each suite will be characterized by warm, muted tones, natural surfaces, handcrafted details, original artwork, reclaimed textures, and handmade linens.

Also scheduled to be unveiled in the fall is NOORA, a rooftop escape that pays homage to Moroccan and North African cultures through its cuisine, ambiance, and music. The design here will be anchored by a striking European-limestone fountain and a fragrant orange blossom tree.
