Cruise technology specialist and travel technology provider Traveltek has unveiled a new collaboration with cruise liner Crystal, bringing its offerings to Traveltek’s customer network.
With this new relationship, Traveltek customers will be able to access detailed itineraries, comprehensive ship content and secure bookings for Crystal’s newly renovated ships.
This partnership will enhance Traveltek’s luxury travel portfolio, offering travel companies a broader range of options and increased flexibility in their offerings.
The firm has broadened its supplier portfolio steadily recently including air travel, hotels, cruise lines, payment services, and ancillary services.
The news comes two months after it added VIVA Cruises and just weeks after its partnership with chinese owned wholesaler DidaTravel.
Tracy Sharp, global director of revenue and supply of Traveltek, said: “As the cruise industry continues to lead travel’s growth, with global capacity projected to expand by over 10% in the next four years, we remain committed to enriching our platform with new cruise partners over the next 12 months.
“2024 has already been an exciting year of growth and collaboration for Traveltek, with many new partnerships across the cruise industry.
“So, it gives me great pleasure to announce Crystal sailings are available to book on our platform.
“Working with Tony, Matias and the wider team at Crystal has been a real pleasure. Several Traveltek customers are already booking Crystal, so this partnership will give them the seamless booking capability they require.”
Matias Lira, SVP trade sales LATAM, UK & EMEA of Crystal, said: “It’s been a pleasure working with the Traveltek team in getting our mutual systems communicating to provide our travel advisors worldwide access to Crystal’s product, inventory, pricing, and confirmation capabilities on the Traveltek platform.
“This is one of many steps recently taken in a major technological initiative at Crystal which we are excited to share.”
