Team will drive increased B2C user engagement for clients
Software-as-a-service private-label platform for travel companies Custom Travel Solutions (CTS) has revealed the creation of a Membership Engagement team that will help clients to increase user engagement.
The team has been designed to drive frequent usage, travel savings and support recurring revenue while widening CTS’s reach into the market with an empowered business development team.
Together, they will oversee all aspects of consumer-focused, membership engagement marketing for the membership organisations and loyalty programmes that use the CTS platform, helping them drive sales through optimized marketing campaigns.
The goal is also to better manage all aspects of B2B marketing strategy for CTS to help support business development team and new client onboarding, as well as giving greater brand visibility to CTS with B2B audiences in multiple sectors.
Mike Putman, CEO & Founder of CTS, said: “Engaging your members to use your platform is critical to running a successful membership organisation or loyalty program – our clients have always depended upon us for advice, but now we’ve created a Membership Engagement team to make that part of the service.
“As part of this we are excited to welcome Corlia and Amina to our team. Their expertise and passion for marketing will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and grow our presence in the fast-evolving travel subscription economy – and reflect both the strong growth we’ve had in recent years and the confidence we feel about our trajectory.
Corlia Mocke joins CTS with a decade of experience in enhancing brand recognition and customer engagement, including Radisson Hotel Group and Protea Hotels by Marriott.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Sciences from the University of Stellenbosch.
Whilst Amina Mazhar joins with over a decade of experience in developing and executing strategies for B2B brands, including brands in the SaaS, Managed Services, and E-commerce.
Putman told the industry to “watch this space” as he hinted at more hires and news in the future.
