AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION TO OPEN IN GREATER LA: Autograph Collection is coming to Greater Los Angeles. KPC Development Co. has announced that Kali Hotel and Rooftop, Autograph Collection will be located at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, Calif. The lifestyle hotel will adjacent to SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater and is the only hotel within the Hollywood Park Specific Plan zone, the mixed-use development currently under construction and slated to open in 2026. KPC Development has partnered with Clayco as the builder and design firms Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence for the hotel. The 13-story hotel will feature 300 rooms, including 34 suites, three dining concepts, a fitness center, pool and yoga deck and around 20,000 square feet of meetings and events space. The hotel will also have 315 stalls on the property’s ground and subterranean levels.

VALOR HOSPITALITY EXPANDS INTO KSA: Valor Hospitality Partners, the global full-service hotel management company, has expanded to Saudi Arabia and has signed a lifestyle hotel in Abha, the capital of the Aseer region. The upscale Hijla Hotel, owned by Mohammed Manaa Almounis, Samir Muhammad Al Qahtani and Kayan Almusanada company, in collaboration with the Tourism Development Fund, is anticipated to open in 2025. Located within Le Premier, the upscale mixed-use development, Hijla Hotel will have 151 rooms and suites, two dining venues with panoramic views, a pool, fitness and wellness center, meeting rooms, a convention center and private parking facilities. Based in Atlanta, Valor Hospitality has more than 90 hotels across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Middle East. The group is expanding further within the Middle East and Central and East Asia regions.

BRITTAIN RESORTS ADDS TO FLORIDA MANAGEMENT PORTFOLIO: Brittain Resorts & Hotels (BRH), the full-service hospitality management company in the Southeast, as partnered with Provident Hotels & Resorts to operate its portfolio of eight properties across Florida. The resorts include The Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo in Key Largo; The Provident Oceana Beachfront Suites in Treasure Island; The Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites in Treasure Island; The Crystal Palms Suites in Treasure Island; The Sailport Waterfront Suites in Tampa; The Provident Grand Luxury Short-Term Residences in Downtown Doral (Miami-Dade County); The Provident Doral at the Blue in Doral; and The Mutiny Hotel, Coconut Grove in Miami. Currently,  BRH has more than 4,000 rooms, suites and condos in its portfolio and operates 22 properties and more than 45 restaurants and bars in the U.S.

THE RITZ-CARLTON RETURNING TO CANCUN: The Ritz-Carlton brand is returning to Mexico’s Cancun. Marriott International has entered into an agreement with FibraHotel, Fibra Danhos and Beyond Ventures to launch The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, Punta Nizuc. The 131-room luxury hotel will be developed and owned through a joint venture between FibraHotel and Fibra Danhos and will include 126 ultra-luxury residences in a LEED-certified building, developed by Beyond Ventures. Expected to open in 2027, the property will sit on an exclusive peninsula over a private shoreline and feature an oceanfront pool complex, a destination spa and six gourmet restaurants. The hotel will be designed by architectural firms Lissoni & Partners and Cherem Arquitectos. The Ritz-Carlton currently operates more than 120 hotels in over 35 countries.
