MAMA SHELTER TO DEBUT IN THE NETHERLANDS: Mama Shelter is set to open its first location in the Netherlands. Ennismore, investor Chagall B.V. and White House Development B.V. have signed Mama Shelter Amsterdam. Scheduled to open in Q1 2027, the hotel will be designed by Mama Shelter’s in-house design team. The hotel will feature 150 rooms in two categories, along with four dining spaces (an all-day dining restaurant, restaurant bar, terrace bar and a rooftop bar) and 80 square meters of meeting and event spaces. Contractor J.P. van Eesteren started the construction on the hotel in September, with Amsterdam-based Paul de Ruiter Architects leading the design. Mama Shelter Amsterdam joins Ennismore’s existing properties in the Dutch capital, including The Hoxton Amsterdam and The Hoxton Lloyd.
