Following the delivery of four key developments born out of Travelogix Client Assembly in 2023, Travelogix is poised to release its full integration of OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

Travelogix has integrated the large language model (LLM) to supercharge and automate users’ ability to analyse charts, graphs, and data sets within Analytix and add value to the system’s comments and observations facilities.

A Beta testing group of hand-picked TMCs that use Analytix will pilot the new functionality.

This group will stress-test the capabilities over 12 weeks and provide feedback and analysis to enhance the facilities before a production release.

Paul Storey, product owner of Travel Counsellors for Business, said: “As a valued customer of Travelogix, I am excited to join this outstanding A-Team of Beta testers exploring the use of AI in the Analytix data and insights platform. 

“My decision to participate in this trial stems from my belief in AI’s ability to revolutionise our approach to travel data interpretation. 

“I am eager to help shape how these innovative features can improve our reporting capabilities and help us deliver actionable insights to our corporate clients.”

James Graham, client services manager of Stewart Travel Management, said: “I’ve joined this crack A-Team of Beta testers because, honestly, who could resist the chance to help shape a product before it hits the big leagues?

“It’s like being on a secret mission where we get to break things (intentionally!) and then offer the insights to fix them. Plus, there’s something satisfying about knowing my feedback could influence the final version, making it smoother for everyone else. 

“In the end, I’m hoping to gain not only some serious bragging rights but also sharpen my problem-solving skills and get a sneak peek into how a product evolves from beta to brilliance.”

Gary Jones, CTO of Travelogix, said: “Our biennial Client Assembly provides us with a unique opportunity to learn from our global customers, enhance our portfolio of products, and develop solutions that solve tomorrow’s problems.

“During the event in September 2023 and the polling that took place, we realised that our comments and observation functions were being severely underutilised. 

“We wanted to allow travel managers and bookers to generate analysis quickly and autonomously, giving the user a rich and accurate jumping-off point for interpreting their travel data. 

“We are tremendously excited to see its testing results and look forward to seeing our beta testing group stress the facility before we release it for use worldwide.
