Virgin Red members can now save their cash and pay with points for Reward Stays at Virgin’s luxury lifestyle hotels.

With six participating hotels already open across the US and UK and more to come, Virgin Red and Virgin Hotels’ The Know members can book Reward Stays from as little as 25,000 Virgin Points per night.

Reward Stays are available at all Virgin Hotels locations excluding Edinburgh and Las Vegas.

Virgin Red members will need to be in The Know, Virgin Hotels’ personalised loyalty programme, to book Reward Stays.

This will allow them access to a “whole host of benefits”, including the best room rates, free room upgrades and personalised touches and treats.

Virgin Red and The Know members can also earn Virgin Points on stays at Virgin Hotels, which can be put towards their next stay or on hundreds of rewards across Virgin Red and Flying Club, from flights and holidays to spa days, train travel, concert tickets and hot drinks.

Members will earn five Virgin Points for every $1 spent at participating US Virgin Hotels and seven Virgin Points for every £1 spent at participating UK Virgin Hotels.

To earn and spend Virgin Points at Virgin Hotels, guests must be a member of The Know, link their Virgin Red account, and ensure they are logged into The Know when booking.

Andrea Burchett, chief loyalty officer and managing director of Virgin Red, said: “We’re thrilled to expand our offering by giving members the chance to turn their Virgin Points into unforgettable stays at Virgin Hotels.

“Whether you’re booking a romantic getaway, family holiday or a chic work trip, members can now save their cash and use their points toward a stay at Virgin Hotels’ vibrant UK or US locations.”

For those travelling to Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch, train tickets can be booked with Virgin Trains Ticketing to help boost the points balance even further.
