ARRIVE by Palisociety, the collection of boutique hotels, is expanding its national presence and will be opening a location in Albuquerque, N.M. Scheduled to welcome guests in the first quarter of 2025, the new ARRIVE Albuquerque will be the brand’s fifth hotel, joining ARRIVE properties in Austin; Wilmington, N.C.; Memphis and Palm Springs, Calif.

ARRIVE Albuquerque is located on Central Avenue in the city’s downtown and overlooks Robinson Park. The property sits within a building that was a 1965 original historic hotel. All 137 rooms have been reimagined, along with an oversized exterior mural by local artist Nani Chacon.

Guests can access a seasonal pool and swim club, fitness center, a cocktail bar and lounge and a new signature restaurant concept serving pan-American cuisine.

ARRIVE Albuquerque is the brand’s first property to be designed entirely in-house by Avi Brosh and team.

Showcasing a contemporary take on southwestern charm, ARRIVE Albuquerque’s interiors is the brand’s first property to be executed entirely by Palisociety founder Avi Brosh and ARRIVE’s in-house design team. Featuring a palette of desert colors with a nod to the 1970s, the hotel consists of a lobby with two original ceiling domes with modern pendant lights, a red blaze quarry tile floor inset with a mix of colored tiles and lounge seating in a mix of colors and styles.

“ARRIVE Albuquerque is a fun, bold and modern take on a Southwest-inspired hotel and the property is the personification of a local, low-key luxury experience with an attention to detail that is signature to the ARRIVE brand and our vision for it,” Brosh told HOTELS. “Ever since we acquired ARRIVE, we’ve had a robust vision for its growth and how the brand fits into the hotel landscape across the U.S. and Albuquerque represents exactly the type of markets we want to be in and will continue to expand upon.”

ARRIVE Albuquerque will bring the brand’s “sense of wit and personality” to the market with its own style and detail, Brosh added.

ARRIVE by Palisociety has a portfolio of community-inspired and design-forward “boutique neighborhood” hotels that offer simplified service and a meeting ground for guests. The brand was developed in 2021 when Palisociety acquired ARRIVE Hotels & Restaurants.
