AI Property Management Software provider for hospitality, Boom, has announced the appointment of three new non-executive directors.
The leaders have been brought on as the firm prepares for its next phase of growth and expansion.
Alex Husner, an experienced marketing expert and host of podcast Alex & Annie: The Real Women of Vacation Rentals, has joined Boom in a marketing advisory role.
She brings a wealth of experience working in the short-term rental (STR) sector, including 13 years at Condo-World Resort Properties, Casago.
Richard Vaughton, has scaled and sold multiple property portfolios across the UK and Europe, joins Boom’s advisory board.
Vaughton now specialises in advising scaling businesses and M&A. His deep knowledge of the sector and tech innovation will support Boom’s strategic growth and advisory needs.
Chad Blankenship, who led Southern Vacation Rentals through over 15 years of growth — most recently as vice president of revenue management and innovation — has also joined Boom as a consultant.
He played a central role in driving the company’s acquisition by VTrips and brings extensive expertise in operations, revenue management, and portfolio growth.
