Gavin joins Christine Magrann, President of Brand Development and Restaurants, in leading Makeready. The move reinforces Makeready’s unwavering commitment to being recognized as the best-in-class operator of notable hotels, restaurants, and retail experiences.

With over 20 years of experience in driving operational excellence and strategic growth, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Makeready team. In his new role, he will focus on managing performance throughout Makeready’s portfolio, overseeing all operational aspects of the company. “I am excited to partner with Christine as we expand on Makeready’s mission to create an independent hospitality platform that creates opportunities for meaningful connection between our guests, team members, and local communities through the curation of immersive experiences.”
