Marriott International has signed an agreement to introduce The Ritz-Carlton brand to Serbia with the opening of The Ritz-Carlton, Belgrade in 2027. This new development will mark the first Ritz-Carlton property in Serbia.
The Ritz-Carlton, Belgrade will feature 193 rooms and suites, combining many elements, including comfort. The hotel will include two dining options and The Ritz-Carlton Club, which provides a service experience. Additional amenities will include an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa, and more than 1,700 square meters of meetings and events space, catering to both business and leisure guests.

The hotel will be located on Nikola Tesla Boulevard, directly along the Danube riverfront, within close proximity to key business and government areas, as well as cultural and entertainment venues, such as the Stark Arena and the Sava Congress Centre. The new Ritz-Carlton will also play a part in the revitalization of the former Hotel Jugoslavija site, contributing to the area’s development.
