Amazon Black Friday Universe: A new immersive space open to the public in Milan

The Amazon Black Friday Universe, an experiential and immersive space open to the public at Via De Cristoforis, 1, in Milan, from November 26th to December 1st, aims to celebrate Black Friday Week, with hundreds of thousands of online deals available to customers on Amazon.it from November 21st to December 2nd 2024.

Amazon Black Friday Universe is a unique pop-up store that will offer guests the opportunity to explore, discover, and experience the Amazon universe firsthand. Inside, participants can immerse themselves in a space which will serve as a backdrop to the diverse range of Amazon.it products, and can discover a selection of deals and gift ideas available during Black Friday Week.

Amazon Black Friday Universe is divided into several themed areas

  • Made in Italy: The journey begins with brands and products from some of the thousands of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that Amazon has hosted and promoted since 2015, through the dedicated storefront amazon.it/madeinitaly. In this area, visitors will be able to discover Bricioliamo, a Sicilian artisanal food producer that has its roots in three generations of master pastry chefs. Visitors will have the opportunity to take a journey through the history and culture of Sicily, tasting some of their most famous and beloved delicacies, from almond pastries to shortbread logs. During the event, Bricioliamo will offer 20% off that customers can use by entering the discount code “Milano2024” during their purchase.
  • #GETyourENDlook area: Guests will have the opportunity to receive a complete hairstyling and make-up treatment from popular brands, with the help of two beauty experts.
  • Amazon Fashion planet: Visitors can experience a free colour analysis consultation with Alice Maggio from Questione di Palette. During each session, guests will be able to discover their unique palette and a selection of Amazon Fashion products inspired by it.
  • Amazon Fresh: A space entirely dedicated to the same-day grocery delivery service available to all Amazon customers in some areas of Milan, Rome, Turin, and Bologna. Here they can enjoy a healthy snack with Peviani and delicious single-serving desserts prepared with new Galbani Santa Lucia products in convenient and innovative packaging, from which guests will discover how simple it is to make homemade desserts in just a few minutes.
  • Bar area: Guests can taste iconic products by Valdo Spumanti, an historic Italian winery and leader in Prosecco production. Founded in 1926 in Valdobbiadene, in the heart of Prosecco Superiore, the Valdo winery has been an ambassador of Italian sparkling wine for almost 100 years, with a passion for quality and innovation that makes it a leader in the sector.
  • Top 10 Toys 2024 area: A space dedicated to the ranking of the ten best toys selected by Amazon.it experts, and available on amazon.it/toptentoys2024. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the Top 10 Toys exhibition, inspired by the most used keywords in toy searches on Amazon.it and composed of products rated at least 4 stars by customers.
  • Amazon devices: A journey to discover Echo devices as well as the latest releases from the world of Kindle, such as Kindle Colorsoft, the first color Kindle, and Kindle Paperwhite, the fastest and thinnest ever. Visitors can also have a look at Fire TV streaming devices and Ring’s range of smart home security products, including the new Battery Video Doorbell and Ring Intercom, the device that makes any intercom smart.
  • AI, the shopping experience on Amazon.it, and beyond: The focus here is Rufus, the AI-powered shopping assistant trained on our product catalogue and information from across the web, able to answer customer questions on shopping needs, products, and comparisons, make recommendations based on this, and facilitate product discovery. Already available within the Amazon shopping app for some customers, Rufus will be made available to more customers in Italy in the coming weeks. Available to visitors in the same area is an interactive experience featuring PartyRock, a new AWS tool that allows anyone to easily create and share fun applications based on Generative AI, without the need for technical skills. With a few simple commands, visitors to Amazon Black Friday Universe will be able to create their own Christmas menu, an original greeting card, or choose a special gift to share with their loved ones.
  • Amazon Prime delivery game experience: Visitors will discover the various fast and convenient delivery options available on Amazon.it for Prime members through a game experience that will allow them to test themselves and help the iconic Amazon Prime van reach its destination.

In addition, the external windows of Amazon Black Friday Universe will showcase products with deals during Black Friday Week, as well as a wide selection of gift ideas to find the perfect inspiration for the upcoming Christmas season, divided into different price ranges. Each product displayed inside the pop-up store will be accompanied by a QR code that can be scanned to find all the information directly on Amazon.it in a simple and quick way.
