In April 2024, Restaurant Hospitality and Restaurant Business launched Menu Talk, a podcast on which editors Bret Thorn and Pat Cobe talk about their foodie adventures and interview chefs about their latest projects.

Meanwhile, Nation’s Restaurant News’ Extra Serving podcast carried on, and each month Thorn talks to a corporate chef for that one as well.

That means we’ve accumulated and recorded more than 40 incredible chef conversations this year, talking to everyone from the culinary minds at Portillo’s and Tropical Smoothie Cafe to indie operator Alyssa Osinga and celebrated chef Michael Mina.
