A-1 Hospitality Group partners with Delta Inn Hotel Group

A-1 Hospitality Group, a family-owned and operated hotel management and development company, has announced a strategic partnership with Delta Inn Hotel Group, the family-owned hotel collection owned by CEO Scott Kim.

This collaboration will add Delta Inn’s leadership team and three Portland, Ore. airport hotels to A-1 Hospitality Group’s portfolio.

Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport.

The three property additions include:

  • The Courtyard by Marriott Portland Airport. The 150-key property includes a fitness center, 24-hour market, courtyard area with a fire pit, a restaurant, four event rooms and a total of 1,725 square-feet of meeting space.
  • The Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport. The pet-friendly hotel offers 121 rooms along with a fitness center, restaurant, business center and meeting space.
  • The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Portland Airport. The hotel offers 104 rooms, a fitness center and complimentary breakfast.

These three additions will help grow A-1 Hospitality Group’s portfolio to 20 properties across five states and 645 keys in the Greater Portland area. Based in Kennewick, Wash., the group’s portfolio consists of select-service, boutique, and extended-stay hotels located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, New Mexico and Texas.
