Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the upcoming opening of the Me and All Hotel Flims, its first property under this brand outside of Germany. Located in the Grisons Alps in Switzerland, the hotel marks a new milestone in the development of the Me and All brand, now part of Hyatt’s Lifestyle portfolio.
The Me and All Hotel Flims, which will feature 73 accommodation units divided between 47 rooms and 26 apartments, will become the fifth Hyatt-branded hotel in Switzerland. This property represents a turning point for the Me and All brand.
“This opening illustrates our ambition to position Me and All Hotels in new markets by offering spaces tailored to the needs of travelers and local communities,” said Michel Morauw, Managing Director for Northern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Hyatt.
This opening is part of a development strategy for the Me and All Hotels brand, which already has six properties in Germany. With a flexible operational model, dynamic public spaces, and a positioning suited to both conversions and new constructions, the brand aims to expand into other parts of Europe and beyond.
“This new hotel in Switzerland marks an important milestone in the evolution of the brand, emphasizing a varied offering in terms of gastronomy, entertainment, and public spaces,” said Jörg Lindner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Lindner Hotel Group.
The Me and All Hotel Flims will offer a diverse culinary experience, combining Swiss, Mediterranean, Lebanese, and Japanese cuisines, with particular attention to sustainable and local ingredients. The hotel will also feature common spaces designed to meet visitor expectations, such as a terrace with views of the Alps and an integrated cinema, planned for screenings or professional events.
The facilities will also include an 850 m² spa and fitness area and modular meeting rooms. These infrastructures aim to meet the needs of both leisure travelers and companies organizing conferences or events.
Prospects for Me and All Hotels
For Hyatt, Switzerland represents a key market for developing the Me and All Hotels brand beyond Germany.
“This project illustrates the brand’s ability to adapt to urban contexts as well as resort destinations, while meeting the expectations of modern travelers,” said Briana Swift, Regional Vice President of Development for Hyatt in Northern Europe.
With this opening, Hyatt is laying the groundwork for the expansion of Me and All Hotels in Europe, particularly within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
