Hilton is adding to its luxury portfolio and will be adding a location in Mexico. The lodging company has signed an agreement with Parks Hospitality Holdings to open a Conrad Hotels & Resorts property in Los Cabos. Slated to welcome guests from 2027, Conrad Los Cabos will be located in the Baja California Sur region, known for its desert landscapes, beaches and mountain views.

This new resort will mark Conrad’s arrival in the Baja California Peninsula, adding to Hilton’s existing eight properties in the region.

“The signing of Conrad Los Cabos is a significant milestone for Hilton’s expanding luxury portfolio in Mexico. This new resort will offer enriching and purposeful experiences in one of the world’s most coveted destinations. We look forward to further strengthening our partnership with Parks Hospitality Holdings as we continue to grow Hilton’s presence in the region,” said Juan Corvinos, Hilton’s senior vice president of development, architecture, design and construction for the Caribbean and Latin America region.

Conrad Los Cabos will feature 175 rooms and residences, including 111 guest rooms with private plunge pools, 21 suites and 43 residences. The residences will offer two- to-four-bedroom layouts with terraces and luxurious outdoor living areas.

The hotel will be designed by Legorreta Architects, with a focus on blending bold design elements with local materials and a color palette, inspired by the region’s terracotta hues, desert sands and flora.

As a destination resort, Conrad Los Cabos will prioritize wellness and relaxation with a 3,000-square-foot spa, fitness center and several resort-style pools. Catering to younger guests, the hotel will have dedicated teen and kid’s clubs.

Culinary offerings will include five dining venues, including an all-day restaurant, a specialty restaurant, beach and pool bars and a lobby bar featuring sunset views. For those seeking high-end shopping and business services, the resort will also offer boutique retail outlets and more than 500 square feet of meeting space.

Conrad Los Cabos will be part of the OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf, an 860-acre oceanfront community situated along a mile-long stretch of beach in southern Baja California Sur. The resort will serve as the flagship location for World Golf Hall of Famer Ernie Els’ first golf course in Mexico. OLEADA will offer a blend of luxury resort and residential options, positioned just 15 minutes from the Cabo San Lucas area.

“This iconic resort will elevate the region’s tourism offerings, joining our other Hilton properties such as Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya and Waldorf Astoria Cancun to set a new standard for excellence,” said Charles Elmann Fasja, CEO of Parks Hospitality Holdings.

Conrad Los Cabos will be Hilton’s third Conrad-branded property in Mexico and the first to offer Conrad Residences in the region. The brand is part of Hilton’s broader expansion in the Caribbean and Latin America, where the company has more than 270 hotels and 135 additional properties in its pipeline. Hilton’s commitment to luxury growth is also reflected in its partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, with over 10 boutique hotels added in Mexico in 2024.
