Hyatt Centric, the full-service lifestyle hotel brand by Hyatt Hotels Corp., has arrived in Nepal. Hyatt and City Hotel Ltd. have announced the transformation of Hyatt Place Kathmandu into Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu.
The rebranded Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu features a variety of upgrades and amenities designed to cater to modern travelers. The lobby has been redesigned as an open-concept social hub, with a porte cochère that incorporates eclectic elements and sculptures inspired by local architecture.
The hotel’s 153 guestrooms are designed with functionality and comfort in mind, providing modern amenities and free Wi-Fi.
The property offers over 8,600 square feet of flexible meeting and event spaces, which can accommodate gatherings ranging from 10 to 600 guests. These spaces can be customized for events such as meetings, weddings and other special occasions, with catering services available.
Two dining venues have been introduced to the hotel:
NOON, an all-day dining restaurant, celebrates simplicity and authenticity with globally inspired dishes infused with local flavors.
ZING Sky Pool Bar & Deck, a poolside retreat offering views of Kathmandu alongside a menu that combines local and international culinary influences.
In addition, the Centric Lounge serves as a community bar.
