It’s designed to drive employee retention and satisfaction

Travel planning and engagement platform for Fortune 500 companies, Tripism, has launched its new leisure platform for business travel customers.

Corporate travel buyers will now have a platform to extend leisure travel offers to employees, for their own personal travel.

New launch will allows exclusive promotions and corporate-negotiated rates for personal trips, said to boost employee satisfaction and “reinforce” the role of the corporate travel buyer as a “strategic contributor” to organisations.

This Tripism marketplace offers a unique channel for suppliers to reach its audience and drive incremental sales, as well as supporting travel teams in strengthening supplier relationships and facilitating deeper partnerships between suppliers and the corporate.

“The leisure platform was developed in response to strong demand from corporates seeking innovative ways to add value and share travel benefits with employees,” said Adam Kerr, founder and CEO of Tripism.

“This demand is a clear signal that companies value employee wellbeing and work-life balance.

“These discounts, negotiated by the corporate travel team, are increasingly recognised as a vital tool to boost employee engagement and retention and support the growing trend for extending business trips to enjoy personal leisure time.”

“It’s a win-win,” Kerr added. “Corporates strengthen supplier relationships and negotiation positions, employees enjoy tailored perks, and suppliers benefit from increased exposure and sales.
