Burger & Lobster restaurant group to launch in Brighton next month

Burger & Lobster, the nine-strong London-based restaurant group, will be expanding its offering to Brighton in February 2025, marking its first new UK opening in 8 years. The restaurant group, known for bringing together luxurious lobster and indulgent burgers at affordable prices, has secured a prime location in The Lanes, at 15 Market Street.

With an exciting menu that includes Lobster Croquettes, a Wagyu Burger and their famous Lobster Roll served with their signature Lemon and Garlic Butter, there is something for everyone. Burger & Lobster plan to work with local suppliers and business to create several exclusive items for the Brighton branch. The menu will also include its first ever brunch style offering, for Burger & Lobster Brighton diners only.

Having launched the brand in 2011 in a small Mayfair pub, the group has gone from strength to strength and has achieved a cult following, attracting locals and tourists alike.

Misha Zelman, Burger & Lobster Founder, said “We feel it’s an exciting time to expand our offering into new regions and we have ambitious growth penned for the next few years, which will see our presence more than double in the UK. Brighton stood out as the perfect place for our first launch in a while, thanks to its vibrant food scene and unique energy.

Burger & Lobster has also announced they are looking to expand into new territories outside of the UK.
