In a rapidly evolving world, the company prioritizes the well-being of its talent through innovative strategies that redefine work-life balance and promote health and wellness

Jan 23, 2025

In today’s fast-paced world, well-being is increasingly important. Accor’s The New Quality of Time study shows that 73% of people want to slow down and seek balance and self-care at work and at home. Well-being is now a critical factor for younger professionals, with over 80% of millennials considering it when choosing a job.

Key takeaways

  • Recognizing the challenge of attracting talent, especially younger professionals, Accor is innovating with a new Employee Value Proposition to attract both hospitality talent and career changers;
  • Health and fitness have always been central to Accor’s identity. In Latin America, the VivAH well-being program focuses on three pillars: health, nutrition and physical activity;
  • Accor prioritizes the well-being of its talent and understands the importance of both mental and physical health. In line with the Future of Work, we are continuously adapting our workplace strategies to ensure that well-being remains a core part of the employee experience.
