As the city shivers under grey skies, The Mirror Bar, tucked inside the five-star Landmark London, has partnered with one of the world’s most renowned cognac brands, Courvoisier, to create a glamorous winter hideaway.

Bold red panelling, dazzling glass displays and a captivating infinity mirror tunnel set the stage for an indulgent evening of creative cocktails and elevated small plates.

The limited-edition cocktail menu showcases Courvoisier’s VSOP cognac, celebrated for its rich, refined and smooth flavour. Special serves include L’Hiver en Rose, a mix of Courvoisier VSOP, Amaro liqueur, hibiscus, cherry and Rosé Champagne; French 125, a sophisticated blend of Courvoisier VSOP, lemon, toasted pumpkin and champagne as well as the complex Manila Kiss featuring Courvoisier VSOP, banana-infused Appleton Estate Rum, Cacao Blanc Liqueur and vanilla topped with hazelnut caviar. (Cocktails start from £20).

Complementing the cocktails is a menu of elegant dishes including Cornish crab and crème fraiche canapés; beef carpaccio with chimichurri and aged parmesan; mushroom and truffle croquettes. Cheese lovers will appreciate the selection of British cheeses served with preserves and artisan crackers — a perfect pairing for an after-dinner cognac.

What’s more, the sheltered and heated outdoor terrace offers an atmospheric retreat from the cold. With views of the city and a handpicked selection of cigars, it’s an ideal spot for pre-or post-dinner cocktails.
