The 24th edition of the Hospitality Awards was a key moment to celebrate innovation, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in the hospitality industry. Organized by Hospitality ON, this prestigious ceremony was part of Hospitality Day, which brings together hospitality professionals through several key events, including the Hospitality Asset Forum, the Young Talent Awards, and the Hospitality Awards.

At the heart of the Hospitality Awards, the Corporate Hospitality Awards and the Local Hospitality Awards highlighted exceptional initiatives and innovative practices that are shaping the future of the sector.

This year, the Hospitality Awards not only honored renowned companies but also showcased visionary concepts brought by young talents in the sector, who are actively contributing to the evolution of hospitality. The event was held under the patronage of the President of the French Republic and led by Puneet Chhatwal, CEO of the Indian Hotels Company, who also had the honor of presenting the winners.

Over twenty categories were covered during this ceremony, and the results of the competition revealed large-scale projects that represent the tip of a “powerful iceberg” in the hospitality industry. The special magazine dedicated to these Hospitality Awards highlights these exceptional achievements :

The Corporate Hospitality Awards recognized hotel groups operating on a national and international scale for their impactful projects and initiatives:

  • B&B HOTELS ACADEMY, represented by Sophie Donabedian, Chief Sustainability Officer at B&B HOTELS, won the Best Innovative Talent Management Initiative award.
  • The award for Best Innovative Environmental Protection Initiative was presented to Sunlife Marine Conservation – Sunlife, represented by Ali Abdool, Head of Sustainability.
  • The Best Innovative Social Responsibility Initiative was awarded to Land & Life Foundation  – Minor Hotels, represented by Serge Foulon, Director of Operations France.
  • The award for Best Marketing Initiative was presented to The Wave x Paris 2024 by Accor, represented by Antoine Dubois, Head of Marketing Communications, Guest Experience, and Loyalty Europe & North Africa.
  • The award for Best Destination Marketing Campaign was presented to  Sweden, Not Switzerland – Visit Sweden, represented by Elisabeth Nebout, Country Manager France & Senior PR-Manager.
  • The Best Media Campaign award was presented to La Glace x Paris 2024 – Accor, represented by Antoine Dubois, Head of Marketing Communications, Guest Experience, and Loyalty Europe & North Africa.
  • The award for Best Technological Operational Support Innovation was won by Korner Management System, represented by Cécile Rosset, Co-Founder and Brand & Development Director at KORNER.
  • The award for Best Innovative Guest Experience was presented to The Vietage by Anantara Luxury Rail Journey , Minor Hotels, represented by Delphine Krips, Sales Director France.
  • The award for Best Innovative Brand Concept was won by L’Escale Royale, represented by Jérôme Dumont, General Director, for its unique and visionary approach to redefining luxury hospitality.
  • The award for Best Innovative F&B Experience was presented to  Canopy, A Tree Top Dining Experience – Minor Hotels, represented by Serge Foulon, Director of Operations France.

The Local Hospitality Awards highlighted local practices and innovations more specific to certain regions, celebrating the diversity and creativity of projects in the hospitality industry:

  • The award for Best F&B Experience Innovation was won by Spice Spoons, presented by Anantara, MINOR.
  • The Best Health & Wellness Experience award was presented to Thalazur – Epigenetic Experience, developed by Thalazur, HIVELY.
  • The award for Best Innovative Social Responsibility Action was earned by the Sheraton Lisboa Social Impact Program, a project by Sheraton, MARRIOTT.
  • The Best Innovative Sustainable Action award was secured by Long Beach Mauritius, an initiative by SUNLIFE.
  • The award for Best Opening Party was awarded to Regent Hong Kong’s Grand Opening Gala, hosted by Regent, IHG.
  • The award for Best Economic/Hostel (Re-)Opening was won by ibis Styles Copenhagen Orestad, presented by ibis Styles, ACCOR.
  • The Best Upscale/Midscale Hotel (Re-)Opening award was presented to Renaissance of Glamour – A 60s French Revival, a project by HILTON.
  • The Best Luxury Hotel (Re-)Opening award was claimed by Convent Square Hotel Vignette Collection Reopening, presented by Vignette, IHG HOTELS & RESORTS.
  • The award for Best Resort (Re-)Opening was won by the Opening of Club Med Kiroro Peak in Japan, an initiative by CLUB MED.
  • The title of Best Upscale/Midscale Hotel Manager of the Year was awarded to Tomasz Schweda, the General Manager of Mercure Krakow Old Town, ACCOR.
  • The award for Best Luxury Hotel Manager of the Year was given to Shilpa Rameja, General Manager representing Taj Hotels, IHCL.
  • The Best Resort Manager of the Year award was presented to Benjamin Vallée, Executive General Manager, representing Unique Accommodation, PARC OMEGA.
