Hilton has announced the signing of the DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast City Ten Square, as part of a franchise agreement with Loughview Leisure Group. This new hotel is part of a series of openings and renovations that highlight Hilton’s growth strategy in the region.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast City Ten Square is located near Belfast City Hall in the Linen Quarter, close to the city’s main attractions, such as Titanic Belfast and the Cathedral Quarter.
The hotel offers 131 rooms and suites, including the Jaffe Penthouse, as well as various dining options, including the Linen Bar, The Doffer, Jospers Steakhouse, and a rooftop bar, the Loft Lounge. It also features four meeting rooms, ideal for conferences and events.
A strategic expansion for Hilton in Northern Ireland
This development follows the signing of the DoubleTree by Hilton Derry-Londonderry and the Marcus Hotel Portrush, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, both expected to open in 2025.
With these new openings, Hilton will now have seven hotels in Northern Ireland, adding to its already well-established portfolio, which includes Hilton Belfast, Hampton by Hilton Belfast City Centre, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Belfast – Templepatrick, and Culloden Estate and Spa (an SLH hotel).
Northern Ireland now represents a key strategic axis in Hilton’s expansion, with ambitious projects that support the region’s economic appeal.
Belfast, a thriving business destination

“The signing of the DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast City Ten Square marks an important milestone in the development of Hilton’s presence in Northern Ireland. The addition of this fantastic property to our portfolio will strengthen Belfast’s status as a destination of choice for travelers both locally and internationally.” – Graham Dodd, Vice President of Development for the UK and Ireland at Hilton
