Expansion of the “Taste of Heritage” Culinary Series
Alongside its expansion, Radisson Collection continues to develop its culinary offerings through the “Taste of Heritage” series. This initiative aims to connect guests with authentic local culinary experiences while enhancing the brand’s gastronomic reputation.
Among the recent highlights of the series, the Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica collaborated with Gambero Rosso to offer “A Roman Guide for Foodies”, a guide that provides an overview of Roman cuisine and recommendations for local restaurants.
At the Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Touring Club Milan, a video was created in collaboration with culinary influencer Marko Morciano and Chef Luca Franz, showcasing the preparation of an Italian dish. Additionally, at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Vía Bilbao, Chef Eneko Atxa developed “A Spanish Guide for Foodies”, a gastronomic guide that highlights Basque and Spanish specialties.
In 2025, the “Taste of Heritage” culinary series will be expanded to other properties, including the Radisson Collection Resort, Galle, Cour des Loges Lyon, and Radisson Collection Hotel, Cape Town, offering new culinary experiences for guests.
