Treehouse Hotel Manchester is preparing to welcome guests soon. The 224-room hotel is slated to open on March 19.
Part of SH Hotels & Resorts (soon to be Starwood Hotels), Treehouse Hotel Manchester will be the second Treehouse property in the U.K., following the opening of Treehouse Hotel London in 2019.
Located on Deansgate, the hotel offers convenient access to popular sites of Manchester. Treehouse Hotel Manchester includes nine suites and three accessible rooms. Alongside accommodations, the hotel will feature multiple dining venues.

Dining and entertainment highlights include:
- Pip by Mary-Ellen McTague: A ground-floor restaurant focused on low-waste, seasonal cooking.
- Sister Moon by Sam Grainger: A Southeast Asian restaurant opening later this year on the 14th floor.
- The Nest in Treehouse & The Hideout: A rooftop bar with panoramic city views and an intimate lounge for private gatherings.
Guests can also access a 43-seat screening room, a fully equipped gym and event spaces.
The hotel will also host curated cultural events led by Manchester music and arts personalities, Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford.
Bookings are now open.
Treehouse Hotels opened its first property in London in November 2019. The brand widened its reach to more locations, including foraying into the U.S. with its Sunnyvale hotel in 2023 and will be opening a hotel in Brickell later this year.
