Modern travel infrastructure firm, Spotnana, has announced a partnership with Cleartrip, India’s fastest-growing online travel technology company.
Through a direct integration to Cleartrip’s API, Spotnana’s customers and partners can now access local airline content for the Indian market, including content from leading low-cost carriers in India such as IndiGo, Air India Express, SpiceJet, and Akasa Air.
Its integration with Cleartrip’s API supports multi-source airline bookings, enabling travelers and agents to create a single itinerary that includes flights from Cleartrip and other content sources, including Spotnana’s direct integrations with top airlines.
Other key features of the integration include negotiated rates, ancillaries, self-service cancellations, and GST compliance.
“India is one of the fastest-growing travel markets in the world. It has always been Spotnana’s goal to provide partners and customers with access to the most comprehensive global travel content,” said Sarosh Waghmar, founder and chief product officer of Spotnana.
“By partnering with Cleartrip, we can deliver extensive travel content in India to meet the rising demand for domestic offerings.”
“Cleartrip and Spotnana are committed to providing convenience, choice, competitive prices, and premium content to all travelers,” said Anuj Rathi, chief business and growth officer of Cleartrip.
“Cleartrip’s API will provide Spotnana with full access to various airlines in India, offering greater choice and value to their partners and customers.”
Bill Brindle, VP of content and commercials at Spotnana, added: “Spotnana strives to implement the full capabilities available through the APIs of our content partners.
“I’m excited that this integration supports multi-source airline bookings as well as negotiated fares, ancillaries, and GST compliance so we can dramatically improve the traveler experience for everyone using our platform.”
