Tulum’s luxury travel scene has a new player. TROBBU Boutique Collection has officially launched TROBBU Tulum, a private villa retreat offering an all-inclusive experience — the first of its kind in the region, TROBBU said in a release.
Located in Mexico’s sought-after beach destination, the boutique property features 10 three-bedroom villas, each with its own infinity pool, sun deck, bar and grill area and full kitchen. Butler service is included, helping guests arrange activities like pizza and mixology classes, karaoke, wellness sessions and cenote excursions.

Travelers can choose between a villa-only stay or an all-inclusive package, which covers meals, snacks and access to themed dining nights featuring Mexican, Italian, Lebanese and seafood options. Meals can be enjoyed in the villa or in shared spaces.
TROBBU Tulum’s expansion is just getting started. In the coming weeks, the property will introduce a spa, fitness center, coffee shop and boutique.
To celebrate its launch, TROBBU Tulum is offering 25% off through August, with villa rates starting at $574 per night for four guests. The all-inclusive package is $150 per adult per day, $80 for kids aged 4-17 and free for children under four.
The opening comes as Tulum’s travel accessibility improves, with the new Tulum International Airport welcoming U.S. and Canadian flights from 2024.
