The German company specializing in digitalized tourist apartments takes its first steps in the province of Cadiz with the opening of 20 new accommodations in Jerez de la Frontera. This project involves transforming a former office building into a modern and fully digitalized establishment.
Located at 15 Marqués de Casa Domecq Street, near the Alameda Cristina, this historic building, formerly occupied by the Santa Lucía offices, has been refurbished to house 20 tourist apartments. The establishment offers 14 suites with a capacity of 2 to 4 people and 6 one-bedroom apartments designed to accommodate up to 4 people. This configuration meets the growing demand for flexible accommodations combining comfort, privacy, and modern technologies.
“From the beginning of the project, we worked to create a unique space that not only revitalizes the tourist market in Jerez but also becomes a model of digitalization for the region.” – Manuel Zorrilla, Business Development Manager at limehome Spain
limehome adopts a digitalized operational model, combining contemporary design with advanced technological solutions. The entire customer journey, from booking to check-out, is carried out online, ensuring a streamlined experience with minimal contact.
This opening is part of limehome’s development strategy in Spain, aiming to replicate this model in other destinations and contribute to the evolution of the tourism sector.
A dynamic European expansion for limehome
In April 2024, limehome announced a significant expansion of its European portfolio, adding 800 new apartments in the first quarter of the year. This growth of nearly 14% brings its total portfolio to 6,800 apartments. The new acquisitions, primarily in Austria, Portugal, Spain, and Italy, confirm limehome’s strategic commitment to key markets in Europe. The company continues to strengthen its presence in popular destinations like València, Porto, and Amsterdam, while developing solid partnerships to support future growth. Recent openings include properties in Vitoria-Gasteiz and Graz, demonstrating limehome’s agility in quickly adapting to new opportunities while staying true to its model of digitalized accommodation.
