Travel Advisor Portal makes it easier to book hotels and manage reservations

Preferred Hotels & Resorts has launched a Travel Advisor Portal with tools and resources for travel agents.

The portal offers priority access to a curated collection of more than 600 luxury independent hotels, resorts and residences around the world. These include Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai, Dusit Thani in Abu Dhabi, Dusit Hotel in Doha and Vivienda Al Hada Residences in Riyadh.

Advanced features of the portal make it easier for travel professionals to make bookings, manage reservations, prepare quotes and submit commission claims.

“We believe this innovative platform will streamline their workflow, making it easier to do business with us by simplifying the process of optimising all that Preferred Hotels & Resorts has to offer, and ultimately drive greater success for their businesses,” said Cheryl Williams, Chief Revenue Officer for Preferred Travel Group.

Agents can now access eligible rates during searches, and see exclusive offers and promotions for their clients. 

There is also comprehensive information about Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio, details of the group’s sustainability efforts and a section covering frequently asked questions.

Preferred Platinum agents will have a dedicated search page for Preferred Platinum hotels and automatically access special rates. Also, Preferred Platinum advisors will have access to Small Social Group Requests, allowing immediate availability and rates for up to 15 rooms at selected properties.
