Siblu announces the acquisition of Camping De Tol in the Netherlands and the Domaine Sous Les Pins in France. These two strategic additions are part of the group’s growth momentum, which, with 50 years of experience, combines the sale of residential mobile homes and the operation of 4* and 5* holiday parks.
In the Netherlands, the group has acquired Camping De Tol, a 12-hectare natural site located in Nunspeet, one hour from Amsterdam. The village, currently consisting of 173 camping-caravan pitches and 119 mobile homes, will be developed to accommodate 260 mobile homes. This acquisition is part of Siblu’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Dutch market, where the group already owns five villages.
“This acquisition confirms our intention to solidify our presence in the Netherlands, where we have already invested in five initial villages. Our priority is to establish ourselves sustainably by developing strong local partnerships and adapting our offerings to the cultural and economic characteristics of each market.” – Laurent Bory, Financial Director and Acquisition at Siblu.
In France, the acquisition of the Domaine Sous Les Pins, located in Charente-Maritime, will allow for the expansion of the Siblu La Pignade Village in La Tremblade, increasing its capacity from 487 to 580 pitches.

“Our ambition is to offer as many people as possible destinations that combine comfort, conviviality, and respect for the environment. By becoming the owner of a mobile home or enjoying all-inclusive stays, our clients benefit from unique flexibility, perfectly suited to today’s lifestyles and travel patterns. We also make sure to integrate environmental and societal challenges into our development.” – Simon Crabbe, CEO of Siblu.
With the reopening of its 35 villages in France and the Netherlands scheduled for 2025, Siblu is preparing to welcome more than 13,000 owners and 500,000 vacationers, further strengthening its position in the outdoor hospitality sector.
