Radisson Blu London has unveiled ‘The Lounges’, a new dining concept available at two of its central London properties.

Open to both hotel guests and the public, The Lounges delivers an elevated all-day dining experience showcasing the best of British cuisine.

Located at the Tottenham Court Road and Bond Street hotels, The Lounges will offer a curated menu of classic British dishes crafted with regional ingredients.

The concept caters to the growing demand for comforting, locally sourced meals, appealing to international guests eager to experience authentic British flavours, while providing locals with a relaxed yet refined dining option.

Signature dishes include freshly battered haddock and chips and homemade shepherd’s pie, alongside lighter choices such as salads and sandwiches.

Indulgent desserts, including Eton mess and sticky toffee pudding, complete the menu.
