Niccolo Hotels Opens New Milestone Property in Suzhou | Shiji

Wharf Hotels selects Shiji Group to power the newly opened Niccolo Suzhou through various solutions from Shiji’s complete stack of advanced technology products and services.

HONG KONG, April 1, 2021 – Niccolo Hotels, the luxury hotel brand of Wharf Hotels, has officially opened the iconic Niccolo Suzhou today, equipped with various solutions from Shiji Group’s complete stack of technology products and services to power the hotel’s operations.

Located in the Suzhou International Financial Square (IFS) in the center of the city’s commercial district, Niccolo Suzhou will be another landmark property in the area after its opening. The hotel offers 233 guest rooms, including 20 suites, and a sky-high lobby, restaurant and bar located on 115th floor, providing unique skyline views for guests.

Niccolo Suzhou is the highest hotel using Shiji hotel solutions to date, as well as the first hotel in the Wharf Hotels Group to implement the suite of solutions provided by Shiji Group, which includes Shiji Cloud PMS, Infrasys Cloud POS, Back Office Solutions, Shiji Distribution Solutions, Business Analysis System, Tax Control and Invoicing system and Guest Experience Improvement Applications.

Relying on the advanced technical architecture and enterprise-level platforms of Shiji Group, Niccolo Suzhou will be able to connect with the property’s solutions to the Wharf Hotels Central Reservation System, in an open, flexible, and reliable manner.
