Premier Inn Deutschland has secured its 100th project in Germany, marking a significant milestone in its expansion. The new hotel will be located near Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm, adding to the brand’s growing presence in the German market.

New hotel near Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm

Premier Inn Deutschland, a subsidiary of the British Whitbread PLC, has signed its 100th project in Germany. The new hotel will be situated on Lietzenburger Straße 79/81, close to the renowned Kurfürstendamm in Berlin.

The 200-room hotel will be built on an approximately 1,700 square meter site and will span six floors, covering a total gross floor area of about 6,000 square meters. It will become the sixth Premier Inn location in the capital, with the hotel slated to open in 2028/29.

This new development continues Premier Inn’s expansion strategy in Germany, where the brand has become a recognized player in the budget hotel segment. With the addition of this project, Premier Inn has now secured more than 100 locations, underscoring its steady growth across major cities in Germany.

Continued growth in the German hotel market

“Reaching this milestone is a proud achievement for us, and it marks a key point in our expansion journey. I would like to thank Chris-Norman Sauer and his acquisition team, whose efforts were crucial in making this success possible.” – Erik Friemuth, CEO of Premier Inn Deutschland
