The two-way integration connects RoomRaccon’s HMS with Great Stay App

RoomRaccoon, a hotel management software for independent hotels, has partnered with Great Stay App, a guest engagement platform, for guest experience and drive revenue for hoteliers.

to help hoteliers enhance guest communication, operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities. 

This two-way integration allows RoomRaccoon users to seamlessly connect its Hotel Management System (HMS) with Great Stay App’s fully customisable digital concierge app, automating key touchpoints with push notifications. 

Hoteliers will be able to streamline guest communication with automated pre-arrival messages, booking details, contactless check-ins and improve the experience with local recommendations andexclusive offers from other businesses.

Boosts to revenue will be unlocked through smart upselling for room upgrades, dining options spa treatments and more.
