Ruby Group, is reinforcing its international growth strategy with the appointment of Fabian Zerllinger as Chief Growth & Innovation Officer (CGIO).
This strategic promotion aligns with the group’s ambition to scale operations both within Europe and in new global markets, following its recent partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Zellinger, a seasoned executive who has been with the company for over six years and sits on its Executive Board, will now lead all growth-related and technical functions. His expanded remit includes Corporate Development, Systems, New Ventures, and Workspaces, as well as responsibilities formerly overseen by Isabell Fuss. Fuss, who contributed significantly to Ruby’s development during her 11-year tenure, is departing to explore new professional opportunities.
“With Fabian Zellinger in his new role, we are ideally positioned to continue our expansion in Europe and enter new international markets,” – Michael Struck, CEO and founder of the Ruby Group
This internal leadership transition is designed to support Ruby Group’s next phase of expansion, particularly as it targets strategic entry into the United States. By consolidating core innovation and development functions under a single leadership, the group aims to ensure agility and cohesion across its operational pillars.
