NUMA Group, achieved a year of record growth in 2024, reporting 100% revenue increase, €80 million in revenue, and €50 million in gross operating profit. The company also surpassed one million nights served, reinforcing its position as a key player in the transformation of modern hospitality through AI-driven innovation.

Operating in 15 countries and 36 major European cities, NUMA continues to expand its footprint through acquisitions, partnerships, and market entries in key travel destinations. Notable 2024 milestones include its debut in the United Kingdom with the opening of NUMA Bloom in London’s Bloomsbury and the acquisition of Native Places, which added over 800 units across key UK cities to its portfolio. In Southern Europe, the company expanded its presence in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, while also entering the Nordic region with a new property in Copenhagen developed in partnership with Invesco Real Estate.

Strategic collaborations played a crucial role in NUMA’s growth, including a partnership with Amundi Immobilier for a new hotel project near the Grand Paris metro line, and with developers such as Ratisbona Iberia and Deka Immobilien. These developments align with NUMA’s focus on sustainable construction, incorporating energy efficiency standards like KfW 55 and DGNB Gold certification.

Technology remains at the core of NUMA’s value proposition. The group’s proprietary AI platform automates up to 65% of guest communication, reduces operational workloads by 70%, and enhances service response times by 90%. Planned innovations include in-room AI assistants, automated maintenance detection, and AI-generated property analyses to streamline expansion.

Leadership hires in 2024, including appointments in Portugal and new heads for business travel solutions, supported the launch of “NUMA for Business.” Additionally, a new advisory board composed of executives from Nike, Airbnb, and G-Star will help refine NUMA’s strategic direction and customer experience.
