Lindner Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Gabriele Seidel to the newly created role of Vice President Operations & Commercial, effective 1 April 2025. This decision marks an important step in the company’s strategy to strengthen its operations.
Experienced executive to strengthen operations and sales
Gabriele Seidel joins the Lindner Hotel Group with a wealth of experience in the hotel sector, having held various management positions within international hotel chains.
She will now be responsible for the Lindner Hotels & Resorts, Me and All Hotels, L-Collection and 7Pines Hotels & Resorts brands, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

A rich professional background
Originally from South Africa, Gabriele Seidel began her career in the hotel industry at the Atlantic Hotel Kempinski Hamburg, where she successfully completed her training as a hotel manager.
She then held leadership positions in hotels in Germany and internationally, including at H-Hotels Group, where she was Executive Director Sales & Revenue Management, then Vice President Operations D-A-CH.
More recently, she was Corporate Director Operations at Novum Hospitality in Hamburg, overseeing a portfolio of 126 hotels across eight brands.

In her new role at Lindner, Gabriele Seidel will be responsible for further developing operational processes, marketing and revenue management strategies.

The appointment of Gabriele Seidel to this strategic position underlines Lindner Hotel Group’s commitment to strengthening its market position by bringing enhanced expertise in both operations management and business development. This strengthening of the management team comes at a time when the Group is in the process of restructuring after filing for bankruptcy at the end of last year.
